These terms cover use of the Caliperway Sourcing website and the inquiry form. The service is an independent sourcing partner that helps buyers describe brake-caliper requirements and request factory quotes. Submitting a form does not create a supply contract, authorized-distributor relationship or guaranteed interchange.
Any price, lead time, packing unit or document offered later comes from a named supplier or from follow-up correspondence. Figures on this site are not stock lists. Fitment, new versus remanufactured condition and kit contents remain subject to buyer and supplier confirmation.
Do not use the form to request emission-control deletion, safety-system defeat or other prohibited evasion work. Bicycle calipers, decorative covers, paint-only jobs and removal tools are outside the published procurement scope.
Caliperway Sourcing does not operate a published factory or laboratory. Installation, road use and warranty sit with the parties named on the accepted quotation. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue.
